Experience

The following examples reflect selected professional experience of the engineers behind NEW-G IT LLC. They represent prior work performed across freelance and employed roles before and alongside the company’s current activities. Some client and product references have been generalized for confidentiality, and descriptions are intentionally focused on scope and technical contribution rather than broader organizational claims.

Industrial Engineering, Simulation, and Graphical Tooling

For an international industrial engineering client, work included the architecture, development, extension, and long-term refinement of specialized desktop software used for engineering, visualization, and simulation of complex plant processes. This included the design of modular WPF-based applications, custom graphical editors for layouts and process geometry, simulation and live-visualization functionality, comparison and import/export features, TCP/IP-based communication, protocol handling, and targeted quality improvements in productive software already used in real engineering environments.

Embedded Linux Architecture in Safety-Critical Rail Infrastructure

For a rail infrastructure technology environment, work focused on the architecture and implementation of a power-management module inside a safety-critical embedded Linux platform. The scope included internal software design, module implementation, state-oriented behavior, test-case design, code reviews, and support for deployment and image-build activities within a technically constrained and reliability-sensitive system context.

Scientific Desktop Software Modernization and Performance Improvement

For a scientific software environment, work included the architectural refactoring and continued enhancement of a specialized desktop application used for data visualization and analysis. The focus was on restoring maintainability and extensibility through dependency injection, MVVM, service-oriented separation, and unit testing, while also extending the application with features such as undo and redo support, change tracking, export functionality, richer interaction behavior, algorithmic extensions, and performance improvements.

ERP and Web Platform Integration

For an equipment-services business, work centered on the integration layer between a legacy ERP system and a newer web ordering platform. This included responsibility for a Kafka-based messaging interface, coordination of data contracts across modernization boundaries, and the setup and maintenance of CI/CD-related delivery processes supporting releases, deployments, and production readiness.

Enterprise Healthcare Client Modules and UI Test Infrastructure

For a healthcare software environment, work included the design and implementation of client-side modules in a large Prism-based desktop application, with particular responsibility for a diagnostics-focused area involving custom WPF controls, UI logic, and business logic. The work also included contributions to modularization and architecture improvements, as well as the development of a script-driven UI test framework for repeatable interface testing.

AI-Assisted Development and Workflow Automation

Current work includes the evaluation and prototyping of AI-assisted development and workflow automation approaches for concrete engineering and business use cases. This includes agent-based workflows, automation components, reusable prototypes, and practical experiments with modern tools and platforms across Python, JavaScript, Docker, FastAPI, cloud services, and workflow orchestration systems.
